Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chorify (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Chorify is a family chore management application for iPhone and Apple Watch. Parents and guardians can create and assign chores; family members can view and complete assigned tasks.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you allow a child to use the App, you are responsible for their use and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized third parties
• Use the App in a way that harms other users

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Chorify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chorify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
